Tigers Continue Their Winning Streak

- Box Score Washington, DC– Trinity Tigers win their third game in a row; beating Christendom (64-35) Tuesday evening.  Trinity remained in the lead the entire game, holding the Lady Crusaders to under 20 points each half. The Tigers Freshman Kenyatta Robertson, led the team in scoring with 16 points, while Senior Christa Burgess recorded an impressive 12 points, four rebounds.  Junior Dominique Meridy added to the impressive win by talling nine points and four rebounds. Ellen Bethea Player of the Week GSAC

- ATLANTA, Ga. – The Great South Athletic Conference announced the winter sports week two Player of the Week on Wednesday morning and women’s basketball player Ellen Bethea of Trinity Washington wasselected as the winner through exclusive voting by the league sports information directors. Basketball Wins Home Opener 83-40

- Washington, DC– Senior guard Ellen Betha led a balanced effort with 18 points, six assists, and five rebounds as the Tigers won their home opener 83-40 against Mid-Atlantic Christian.  Freshman Kenyatta Robertson added six rebounds and 16 points for Trinity, while Christa Burgess had the team high of nine rebounds for the night. The Tigers, who never trailed hit 38-of-81 shots (46.9%) and 5-of-11 free throws (45.5%).  MACU hit 14-of-56 shots (25%) and 7-of-15 free throws (46.7%). Trinity Tigers play again Tuesday October 20th, 7:00pm vs College of Notre Dame at the Trinity Center.

Gas Leak Fixed, Classes at or After 4:30pm will Proceed

- The gas leak that forced the cancellation of daytime classes today has been fixed. Afternoon and evening classes starting at or after 4:30pm will proceed as usual.

As of 6:30pm, Evening Classes are Cancelled due to Water Outage

- Due to a campus water outage, evening classes for Wednesday, November 14, are cancelled. Because of a water main break near the Science Building, water to Main Hall, Alumnae Hall, Science Building and Trinity Center will be shut off starting at 6:30 pm. All classes are cancelled starting at 6:30 pm. All personnel and students (except residents, see below) should plan to leave the campus no later than 6:30 pm since there will be no water in the affected buildings.
