FAQS

Q: What if I don’t have a credit or debit card?

Q: How long will it take for my transcript to be sent? (Electronic Transcript)

A: About 24 hours.

Q: As a parent, can I request a transcript for my child?

A: No.  Only the student may request a transcript.

Q: What is the cost of a transcript?

A: Transcripts are $3.25 per recipient.  For example, if you request 2 transcripts to be sent to another university, you will be charged $3.25 total.  If you request one transcript to be sent to another university and one transcript to be sent to yourself, then you will be charged $6.50.

Q: I requested my transcript to be sent to the wrong recipient/email address. Can I correct my order?

Please be sure to verify the delivery information before submitting as the Office of Enrollment Services cannot cancel or refund orders. If you have submitted a request to the wrong address/email/recipient, you will need to place another order to the correct destination.
