Washington, DC– Trinity Tigers win their third game in a row; beating Christendom (64-35) Tuesday evening. Trinity remained in the lead the entire game, holding the Lady Crusaders to under 20 points each half.
The Tigers Freshman Kenyatta Robertson, led the team in scoring with 16 points, while Senior Christa Burgess recorded an impressive 12 points, four rebounds. Junior Dominique Meridy added to the impressive win by talling nine points and four rebounds.
As a team the Tigers tallied 24 rebounds, 13 steals, and had four tunovers. Christendom tallied 18 rebounds, 3 steals, and 23 turnovers. The Tigers shot 38% from the field, and 54% from the line. Christendom, on the other hand, shot 30% from the field and 47% from the line.
