The Trinity Tigers took the field Sunday afternoon to face off against Valley Forge Christian College. The Tigers looked sluggish at first but managed to score two goals leading into halftime. The second half the Tigers picked up the pace and scored two more goals for a 4-1 victory. Senior Captain Kiauna Hemsely scored two goals and Senior Captain Macee Wray contributed one and two assists. Sophomore Ana Ocampo scored her first goal of the season. The Tigers are on the road next weekend as they face off against Ferrum College on Friday and Mary Baldwin on Saturday.
