Kansas City, MO. – Trinity Washington University junior goalkeeper/foward Cristina Martinez (Winston-Salem, NC.) has been named the Association of Division III Independents women’s soccer Player of the Week.  Martinez pulled double duty in a win over Washington Adventist, switching from forward to goalkeeper at the half.  She made 17 saves to help secure the 1-0 victory.
