The 2007 Trinity Tennis season looks very promising. Our verteran players are Senior Captain Khrysle Roberts, Junior Captain Yianna Sideris and Junior Veronica Martinez. Rounding out the squad are Kathryn Brown (Fr.), Victoria Gregg (Fr.), Crystal Kiawu (Fr.), Sharell Kyle (So.), Nija Leek (Jr.), Anastasiya Martynova (Fr.), Evgeniya Martynova (Fr.), Zulema Ramirez (Jr.) and Haymanot Yalewayker (Fr.). We have a good mixture of experienced players and newcomers to the game. The team finished 3rd in the 2006 AWCC Conference Tournament last year, and we have high hopes of maintaining that status and improving on it. We’re looking forward to the weather changing soon so we can get out on the courts. Our first match is at home on Friday, March 2nd @ 2:30 pm against Southern Virginia College.
