- Wednesday January 27, 2010 The Trinity Tigers basketball team came away Wednesday night with a dominating win over Christendom College 81-12.  The Tigers started off strong scoring 42 points in the first half.  Morgan Kellman led the Tigers in scoring with 13 points, Thamar Polynice followed with 12 points.   Kiauna Hemsley, LaShawna Ervin and Ashley Brown all had had 9 points.  The Tigers are in action again on Tuesday January 2nd at home as they face Philadelphia Bible University, game time is 7:00 pm.

- January 25, 2010 The Trinity Tigers lost a close one Monday night falling to PSU-York 59-63.  The Tigers were leading by three points going into halftime, 28-25 but were outscored in the second half 31-38.  Ashley Brown recorded her second double-double of the season leading the team with 23 points and 12 rebounds, Bree Martin followed with 9 points.  The Tigers are on the road again Wednesday night as they travel to Christendom College, 7:00 pm tip-off.

-   January 25, 2010 KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Trinity Washington University freshman forward Ashley Brown (Washington, D.C.) has been named the Association of Division III Independents women’s basketball Player of the Week. Brown nearly averaged a double-double on the week with 23 points, 9.5 rebounds and 3 steals per contest. She led her team with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 3 steals in a loss to Catholic on Jan. 19, but helped her team produce a 69-55 win over Lancaster Bible later in the week. She tallied 26 points, 10 rebounds and 3 steals in the victory.

- The Trinity Tigers Basketball team were victorious Saturday afternoon as they beat the Chargers from Lancaster Bible University 69-55.  Ashley Brown recorded her first double-double of the season leading the Tigers in scoring with 26 points and 10 rebounds, she shot 8-for-15 from the floor and was 8-for-9 from the free-throw line.   Helping secure the win for the Tigers Thamar Polynice scored 12 points and 5 rebounds, while Bree Martin contributed 9 points and 7 rebounds.  The Tigers are on the road Monday as the travel to PSU-York.

- January 19, 2010 The Trinity Tigers Basketball had a rough start to the New Year losing Tuesday night to Catholic University.  Ashley Brown led the Tigers in scoring with 20 points and 9 rebounds.   Thamar Polynice netted in 9 points and 3 rebounds.  The Tigers are home Saturday afternoon as they face the Chargers from Lancaster Bible College, game time is 2:00 pm.
