Welcome to Facilities ServicesThe mission of the Facilities Services Department is to maintain a campus environment that is conducive to teaching, learning, and research. Facilities Services is responsible for support of all University properties including repair planning, minor renovation and construction, utilities, maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping. We have staff on duty seven days a week from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm. General Work RequestsPlease use our online form for maintenance, minor repairs and other routine tasks (instructions). See form below for key requests. If this is an emergency, call 202-884-9111. Room Set-up FormsSubmit a Room Set-up Form for events on campus no later than 2 weeks before the event. Submit completed room set-up forms to the Conference Services Office, Main 118, or e-mail the form to Conferences@trinitydc.edu. Special Project Request FormsSpecial projects (such as electrical upgrades, painting, plumbing and carpentry projects), furniture requests and office moves require careful planning and must be submitted 14 to 45 days in advance, depending on the project. These projects also require prior approvals and budget approvals from managers before they can be scheduled. The following Project Request Forms are available as a PDF or Excel document.
