Cristina Lynch, M.A.
Ms. Cristina Lynch serves as Director of Trinity at THEARC. She has spent her career in higher education as a manager and a counselor advising students and helping them navigate their academic and professional goals. She is committed to helping to increase student retention and graduation rates. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Organization Management and a Master’s in Community Agency Counseling from Hampton University. She manages the associate degree program at THEARC, providing student support and academic advising and working closely with our professors and partners at THEARC.

Steven began his journey with Trinity Washington University back in 2009. He is a native of Cecil County, Maryland and studied music at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Steven found his passion for higher education through working within his university’s Office of Admissions as an Undergraduate Admissions Fellow and an Orientation Peer Advisor. He enjoys helping students work towards fulfilling their academic and career goals, and he looks forward to growing as a higher education professional. Steven advises the SPS students in the Associates and the Bachelor’s programs in Early Childhood Education, the students in the Bachelor’s in Health and Pre-Occupational Therapy, as well as the students with academic challenges.

Hyde Revilla, MS
Hyde Revilla serves as the Academic Advisor for the Human Relations (for students whose last names begin with C-Z), Criminal Justice (for students whose last names begin with C-Z), and Psychology programs. Ms. Revilla comes to us with over 11 years of experience in higher education. Recently, she served as the Prior Learning Coordinator & Academic Advisor at Marymount California University in beautiful Rancho Palos Verdes in Southern California. Hyde holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Information Systems from University of Phoenix and a Master’s of Science degree in Management of Telecommunications from Golden Gate University.

Demetria Yeldell, MS
Demetria Yeldell is an experienced diversity recruiter and career counselor. She holds a Master’s of Science Degree in College Counseling and Personnel Services and a Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communications from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. Demetria’s previous position at Trinity Washington University was as an Admissions Enrollment Recruiter for the Graduate School of Education. She advises the students in the Business degrees including Accounting (for students with last names beginning with C-Z), and the Journalism and Media Studies programs.

V.R. Nemani serves as Associate Professor/Program Chair of undergraduate Business Administration in the School of Professional Studies. Professor Nemani holds a B.A. from Osmania University, an M.A. from Sri Venkateshwara University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa. Dr. Daryl Thorne
Dr. Daryl Thorne is the Assistant Professor/Program Chair of Human Relations. Dr. Thorne holds an Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University, an M.Ed. Guidance & Counseling, K-12 certified, from Bowie State University, and a B.A. in Mass Communications from the Seton Hall University.
