Guest Printing & Copying Guide

Printing From a Computer

  1. If you are a guest or visitor of Trinity and have not created a Trinity PaperCut account previously, register as a guest user. After completing the form, your username will be guest-<username of your choice>. ITS cannot retrieve forgotten passwords!
  2. After successful registration, you will need to purchase print credit.
  3. Direct your document to the Xerox Print Queue. Some locations may have an HP LaserJet instead.
  4. Input your guest username and password.

  5. Review and confirm the details for your print job. Select double-sided printing to halve the cost of your job!

  6. At the Xerox copier in the ACC Lab or Library, input your guest username and password into the Xerox display to have your document printed. If you are printing to an HP LaserJet, it will instead be printed immediately.
  7. Log out when finished to prevent misuse of your account!

Making Copies

  1. At the Xerox copier in the ACC Lab or Library, input your guest username and password into Xerox the display.
  2. Select the amount of copies needed.
  3. Select ‘Copy’ to start.
  4. Log out when finished to prevent misuse of your account!
