Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services
Trinity Washington University, a comprehensive university in the nation’s capital, seeks a senior enrollment services leader to lead a dynamic team in the Office of Enrollment Services, Trinity’s “one-stop” Enrollment Services Center. The associate vice president and Enrollment Services Team work directly with Admissions and the deans and advisors in each academic unit to ensure that new and returning students have a seamless enrollment experience.
Primary responsibilities of the associate vice president for enrollment services include: leadership, training and motivation of staff in the Enrollment Services Center; enrollment data analysis; leading retention and case management efforts in coordination with other departments, especially related to financial aid issues; effective outreach to both new and returning students that emphasizes Trinity’s value and commitment to student success; developing innovative and effective loan counseling sessions and debt management workshops; developing seamless and transparent enrollment processes with appropriate technology.
The successful candidate will have a proven record of success in leadership and team building skills, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Master’s degree preferred, plus 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience with experience drawn from higher education enrollment management and financial aid. English and Spanish proficiency are desirable.
