Occupational Therapy Program Faculty: Assistant Professor
Trinity Washington University, a comprehensive university in Washington, DC seeks a dynamic faculty educator for the Master of Occupational Therapy Program, located within the School of Nursing and Health Professions. This full-time, 12-month, non-tenure track position starts July 1, 2016.
- Master degree in Occupational therapy or related field. Doctoral degree preferred (PhD, ScD, EdD, OTD). The degree must have been awarded from an institution that is accredited by a USDE –recognized accrediting body. Candidates with a master’s degree in OT and extensive clinical and teaching experience may be considered.
- Two years teaching experience in higher education. Teaching experience in an occupational therapy program and in online content delivery preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice as an occupational therapist. NBCOT certification and licensed or eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia required.

- The program seeks individuals possessing practice area expertise in mental health, physical dysfunction, and pediatrics.
