Work Study – Development and Alumnae/i Relations Office


Trinity Washington University’s Development and Alumnae/i Relations Office, Third Floor of Main Hall is interested in hiring two energetic, articulate students to assist the office staff in carrying out the work of the office.

The Development Office is responsible for fundraising, prospecting, developing campaigns. Alumnae/i Relations maintains relations with Alumnae, coordinating Reunion and other Alumnae/i related events to encourage continued relationships.

The qualified candidate will be accountable, a fast learner, attentive to detail, organized, possess a high level of integrity with a strong work ethic, and will interact well with staff and others.

A position in the Development and Alumnae/i Relations Office will aid in sharpening your administrative and professional communication skills.  The job primarily consists of filing, stuffing envelopes for mailing and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Pleasant working atmosphere with working hours from 9:00 am– 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.  The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
