Adjunct Faculty—English/Composition

Trinity Washington University is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach the following first-year composition course:  ENGL 107, Introduction to College Composition.  This course increases students’ fluency in college-level written communication with an emphasis on organizational skills and language structure.

QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates should have earned at least a Master’s degree from an accredited institution in rhetoric/composition, English, English education, or a related discipline and be able to demonstrate strong teaching skills.

Official transcripts for all degrees earned, sample course syllabi, course evaluations and/or other evidence of teaching effectiveness, and contact information for three professional references will be needed if the candidate is invited to campus for an interview.
