Development Management Specialist


Trinity Washington University Office of Development is building a team of leaders to take the University to a new level of philanthropic giving and donor relations. The Development Office is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual who has proven experience in office management and fund-raising in a dynamic, multi-faceted, not-for-profit environment.

This position will be responsible for the overall support of the daily operations in the Development Office. In addition, this person will work closely with other Development associates to produce analysis of giving patterns, identifying donor potential and working with the Vice President to create donor related events nationwide. A high degree of confidentiality will be required.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required, a Master’s Degree preferred. Prior exposure to Trinity Washington University’s community outreach and programming is desirable. A track record of successful office management, proven organizational and interpersonal skills are musts.

As the Development Front Office person, prior experience representing an institution in person and on the telephone to various constituencies will be a variable in hiring.
