Commencement | Winter 2015 Graduation Overview

Winter 2015 Overview

Despite cold winds and freezing temperatures, Winter Graduation took place on Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at 5:00 pm in the Trinity Center for Women and Girls in Sports for those students who completed their degrees in August 2014 and December 2014.

More than 200 degrees were conferred. Winter Graduation includes academic regalia and a formal ceremony. Graduates are welcome to invite families and friends.

After an introduction by Sr. Camilla Burns, S.N.D., ’60, President Patricia McGuire handed out degrees to the five schools in a variety of academic programs from Biochemistry to Sociology.

Enthusiastic friends and family cheered as students from the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Nursing and Health Professions, the School of Professional Studies, the School of Education and the new School of Business and Graduate Studies closed this chapter of their academic life, preparing to embark on the next.
