Dean’s Letter

Dear Trinity Graduates:

Congratulations!  You have completed your application to participate in the Commencement ceremony, and are completing (or have completed) your requirements for graduation.  Trinity will confer your degree at the 2019 Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 4:00pm.

This Commencement website will provide you instructions, allow you to RSVP and to get the most updated news and information about Commencement! Also on the website, please take a minute to fill out the Graduation Survey to give us important feedback on your Trinity experience and your future plans.

You are responsible to read and pay attention to all information about completion of your academic requirements, financial obligations, and Commencement directions. In order to ensure a joyful Commencement we ask you to (a) take care of your academic and financial obligations well in advance, and (b) arrive on time with all the appropriate regalia for the ceremony.

Commencement Photos
Commencement photos will be available to view and purchase on Friday, May 24.
You may purchase your academic regalia in Trinity’s Bookstore during regular posted hours. The prices for regalia are:

Bachelor’s Degrees (Undergraduate)
Cap, Gown, Tassel and Hood: $63.00
(Associate’s degree candidates do not purchase a hood)

Master’s Degrees (Graduate)
Cap, Gown, Tassel and Hood: $68.00

Beginning the week of April 22, 2019; 10 Commencement announcements and 6 rain tickets will be available for pick up by all graduates in Main Hall 223 Monday thru Friday 8:00 am thru 6:30 pm.

You must RSVP about your Commencement participation by Friday May 10, 2019; use the online form.

Please take a few minutes to fill out the Graduation Survey to give us important feedback on your Trinity experience and your future plans.

Please pay close attention to the rain plan. Ticket limits will be strictly enforced in the event of rain. Please plan accordingly with your family and guests to avoid conflict on Commencement day.

The Enrollment Services Office has communicated directly with you concerning academic requirements for graduation and about settling your accounts in time for graduation. You are responsible to pay attention to these directions and to settle your accounts in a timely manner in order to graduate.
