This certificate emphasizes coursework that focuses on the complexities of the foundations of how children learn, positive approaches to classroom management, and techniques for observing and assessing growth. Program courses help students learn to recognize and adapt to students\u2019 needs, interests and readiness levels through innovative, research-based pedagogical practices.<\/p>\n<p>Trinity has small class sizes for individualized attention and faculty teach foundational knowledge in an applied format, integrating students\u2019 work and life experiences with the course information.<\/p>\n<p>Gaining a certificate from an accredited university can advance your career and put you a step closer to earning a degree.
