Tuesday, October 24, 8:30 am - 06:00 PM - Social Hall
The Dreamers Symposium is a special event sponsored by the Trinity administration, College of Arts and Sciences faculty, and the Trinity Dreamers. The Symposium will feature speakers and panelists in a forum to examine the topics of U.S. immigration and DACA. The purpose of this Symposium is both educational and organizational. The main goals are to increase understanding of DACA specifically, but also the larger surrounding questions of immigration policies and immigrant rights. We seek to create a strong sense of support for Trinity Dreamers, and impart skills as well as knowledge, so people can take effective action.
