Campus Housing

Welcome to Campus Housing

Living on campus puts you right in the middle of  Trinity’s activities, events and resources!  Living on campus gives you a chance to develop a new and maturing sense of self through everyday interactions with roommates and others on your floor.

Campus Housing, a department of Student Affairs, provides live in professional staff as your main resource during your time on campus.  We hope that you will have a great experience at Trinity Washington University.

Housing for New Students

The campus housing application  can be completed beginning now for Summer and Fall housing and beginning November 1st for Spring housing.   Please contact us with any questions at

Returning Student Placements

The housing selection process for returning students for the Fall semester will take place the first two weeks in April during the Spring semester.  There will be information sessions and residence hall tours scheduled during April to assist in your selection.  Be sure you have registered for Fall courses (beginning March 19th) and that you are cleared for room selection by Enrollment Services (financial aid).

First Year New Student Placements

Room Assignment letters for new residents will be sent on or about July 16, 2018.  Room assignment letters will be held for any students who have not completed all necessary Financial Aid or Registration documents with Enrollment Services.  Please check in with Enrollment Services at 202-884-9530 to ensure your clearance for placement.
