Alumnae/i Relations | Preliminary – Reunion 2018 Schedule

Friday, June 1

2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Registration and Hospitality, Payden Academic Center Lobby
Registration Fee: $15 – fee will be waived until May 9, 2018
Online Registration: Opens in March
Tickets purchased will include a modest service fee.
2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Memories and Hospitality, Board Parlor in Main Hall
Come and have some refreshments, look through your class yearbook and maybe record a memory using video about your time at Trinity.
3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Panel Discussion – TBD
5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Welcome to Reunion! Festive dinner in Payden Academic Center Lobby. Cost is $40.00 per person.
Shuttle Schedule Trinity Shuttle will pick up people from Phoenix Park Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn/D.C. Capitol.

Saturday, June 2

9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Registration and Hospitality, Payden Academic Center Lobby.
Registration will close at 11:00 a.m. and move to the Trinity Center and reopen at 12:00 p.m.
9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Memories and Hospitality, Board Parlor in Main Hall
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Trinity Update with President Pat McGuire ’74/Panel Discussion, Payden Academic Center
12:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Reunion Luncheon, Trinity Center. Alumnae will be seated by class for this festive luncheon.  The Class of 1968 will be presented with their 50th Reunion gold medals.  Class photos for the classes of 1958 through 2013 will be taken during the luncheon.  Cost is $35 per person. Class of 1968 are the special guests. Registration opens for those that didn’t get tickets or picked up their reunion packets.
2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Class Meetings (Locations to be Announced)
2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Afternoon Hospitality, Payden Academic Center
2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Well Sing with the Class of 1968, Main Hall
Come sing with the class of 968 in the Main Hall Well – All classes invited to participate
3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Alumnae Association General Membership Meeting, Payden Academic Center. Meet the Board members and learn more about alumnae events and programs.
4:00 p.m. Reunion Liturgy, Notre Dame Chapel
5:00 p.m. President’s ReceptionFront Lawn of Chapel. Class Photos:  Classes of 1953 and prior.
6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. President’s Dinner, TBD. The classes of 1963 and prior are the President’s guests for this elegant on-campus gathering.
 7:00 p.m.  Class Parties, Various off-campus locations.

 Sunday, June 3

10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Farewell Sunday Brunch, Payden Center Lobby.  One last chance for goodbyes…until next time! Cost is $20 per person.
