Master of Science in Administration: Educational Administration

Do you want to become a school principal or attain another senior administrative position? Perfect for busy education professionals who aspire to leadership positions, Trinity’s M.S.A. in Educational Administration degree program conveniently requires just one weekend of classes each month for twenty months. Upon completion of the program, you will be prepared to take the School Leader Licensure Assessment (SLLA)—a requirement for all new school principals in the District of Columbia and Maryland.

The M.S.A. degree program will teach you the skills principals and other education leaders need every day, including how to analyze data and use that analysis to create successful strategic plans. Through a hands-on internship in a real school’s administration, you will acquire expertise in collaborative problem solving, and other interpersonal techniques to improve teacher performance and student achievement.

The Educational Administration program holds national recognition from the Educational Leadership Constituent Council (ELCC) and is fully accredited by NCATE, the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education; it is state approved and fulfills the requirements for the Administrative Services Credential in the District of Columbia.
