Hsieh poster to be presented at Pediatric Academic Societies

Dr. Shizuka Hsieh, Visiting Associate Professor of Chemistry, will have a poster that she co-authored, titled, “Alcohol Exposure from Hand Hygiene Products in Preterm Infants in Neonatal Giraffe Isolette,” presented at the Pediatric Academic Societies Annual Meeting on May 5, 2013 in Washington, DC.  The poster explores the concentrations of alcohol vapors in neonatal isolettes after hand sanitizer use.  More information about the poster and its experiments can be found in this abstract.
