Pilates Mat
An exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk. Members $100 / Non-Members $175 MWF 11am to 12 noon
Chair Aerobics
Energetic and dancing fun to tone your body utilizing a chair. The ideal class for Senior Citizens! Members Free / Non-Members $45 TTH 8:30am to 9:30am
Multi-level Yoga
Tone, strengthen and build endurance through various poses. Members $90 / Non-Members $150 MWF 7am to 8am or Members $60 / Non-Members $125 TTH 12pm to 1pm
Cardio & Abs
A cardio class that will get your lungs pumping and stomach flat. Members Free / Non-Members $75 MWF 12 noon to 1pm
Basic Fitness Training
Includes power moves, plyometrics and strengthening exercises in a vigorous circuit format. Keeps you jumping and your muscles pumping. Members Free / Non-Members $75 MWF 5pm to 6pm or MWF 6pm to 7pm
Guts & Butts
A fun, high energy class which focuses on your abs and gluts. Members Free / Non-Members $75 MWF 7pm to 8pm
Women's Body Fit Blast
Strength training, core and flexibility exercises with cardio bursts. Utilizing the body bars, weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and steps. Class is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. Note: Participants must bring their own resistance bands. T 7pm to 8pm/TH 6pm to 7pm and Saturday 12:15pm to 1:15pm. Members Free / Non-Members $75.
Shallow Water Aerobics
Take the plunge! Exercise in shallow water creates little impact on the joints but is a great cardio workout. This is the prefect water class for beginners and participants recovering from knee and hip surgery. Members $45 / Non-Members $125 MWF 7am to 8am or TTH 11am to 12 noon
Aqua Body Boot Camp
An hour long workout which includes strengthening and toning exercises for abs, arms, and legs with a cardio foundation. Barbells and water noodles are used to increase resistance and intensity for the whole body. This class is designed for advanced shallow water aerobics participants. Members $60 / Non-Members $160 MTWTH 10am to 11am
Tai Chi
An internal Chinese martial art whose movements are relaxed and flowing. The movements are learned in sequence with combined emphasis on health, meditation and self-defense. Benefits include improved balance, coordination, focus and parameters for internal health. MW 2:30pm to 3:30pm Members $75/Non-Members $125
Advanced Tai Chi
Advanced level of Tai Chi utilizing the sword as a training tool. Previous Tai Chi required. Members $25 / Non-Members $50 W 3:30pm to 4:30pm
Power Walking
Learn how to power walk with Delphine. TH 7pm to 8pm Members FREE / Non-Members $75.
On the Ball
Looking to increase your core strength by training “on the ball?” This class will utilize the ball for resistance work while focusing on the ab and back muscles. Class limit is 10 people maximum . Members Free / Non-Members $75 T 6:00pm to 7:00pm or Sat. 10:15am to 11:15am
Functional Fitness for Seniors
Functional training will prepare the body to be able to react and function better and efficiently in an environment or situation. TTH 12pm to 1pm / Sat 9:15am to 10:15am (class is for members only) Members $60

Weight Room Orientation - Learn how to use the weight room equipment properly and the function of each machine. First Saturday of each month from 11:15am to 12:15pm -FREE -members only
Water Exploration - Teaches adults how to swim and become more comfortable in the water. T 6pm to 7pm - Pool - Members $60 / Non-members $75
