Scaffolding fully surrounds the Trinity Center for Women and Girls as construction continues at a swift pace from top to bottom! This summer, the roof is being installed with layers of insulation, an ice and water shield, and, finally, 45,000 clay tiles. Inside, the pool and spa have been excavated and are being completed with gunite, plaster and tile.

More than 80 masons are on site, building the exterior and interior walls, and laying 3,000 concrete blocks a day! Nearly 120,000 bricks are being installed to create the exterior finish, along with the arches and windows that echo the architectural themes of Alumnae Hall. Tile is being installed in the locker rooms, and duct work is being completed throughout the building.
Inside Alumnae Hall, work continues at a fast pace on the fitness center - including a weight and exercise room, and a dance/aerobics studio. The fitness center will open this fall.
