Zumba GoldThis Zumba program is designed for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Dance moves are used to challenge your heart and work your muscles! Accelerated FitnessA program designed for those looking to kick their existing routine up a notch! A full body workout consisting of jumping, lunges, squats, running, push-ups, sit-ups, martial arts and kickboxing exercises done in a group environment. Get ready to WORK! Mixed Level Pilates MatUses controlled movement to develop core strength (ribs to pelvis) and increase flexibility of the spine. Become more efficient with every day movements as you learn to use deep core muscles. Advanced students will perform the full range of Pilates exercises and their variations. Increase flexibility as you focus on form and quality of movement. Multi-level YogaStrengthen the body and focus the mind through poses and breathing exercises. Core ‘n MoreThis all-level class increases core body strength and endurance. Abdominal and lower back exercises improve functional movement, balance and coordination. Pure StrengthBuild strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat in this full body workout. Class is designed to build lean muscle, which helps speed up your metabolism and burn additional calories thorughout the day! Class uses hand weights, body bars and body weight resistance for a full muscle toning experience. H.I.T.T.Work through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with limited rest in between intervals. This program keeps your heart rate up to ensuer fast, dramatic fitness results. The format is fast-paced and will challenge your body in a whole new way! Rock BottomThis class specifically targets the “problem areas” of the lower body! Firmer, toned thighs; lifted butt; and slender hips are just some of the benefits you’ll get from taking the “Rock Bottom” challenge. Women’s Body Fit BlastStrength training, core and flexibility exercises with cardio bursts. Class is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. Women’s Balanced Body FitnessLow impact circuit class geared towards women 40+ years looking to improve and maintain strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and range of motion using a variety of resistance equipment, balls and light weights. Senior Fit 4 LifeThis low-impact class improves muscle tone, strength and flexibility by utilizing light weights. Zumba Gold Toning routines will also be incorporated into the program. Join your friends for a great workout that incorporates low impact aerobics, muscle toning, and balance with energizing music. Cardio DanceHit the fitness dance floor and let your inner “diva” come out! You’ll dance your way to a fitter body, mind and spirit in this movement based workout. Muscle BalletBuild long, lean muscle with ballet based movement. This unique and challenging workout targets your arms, abs, hips, butt and thighs. This intense fusion of Pilates, sculpting and ballet-based exercises will change the wya your body looks — longer, leaner and stronger! Advanced Water AerobicsA step beyond basic water aerobics, this class focuses on cardio, strength training and stretching for a comprehensive and full body workout. This class will occur primarily in shallow water, but will also include deep water exercises. Participants must be comfortable and have the ability to float and balance on water weights in deep water. Aqua Body Boot Camp LEVEL IThis hour long circuit style workout includes strengthening and toning exercises for abs, arms, and legs with a cardio foundation. Resistance balls, barbells and water noodles are used to increase resistance and intensity for the whole body. This class is designed for advanced shallow water aerobics participants. Note: Participants must bring their own water resistance ball (see instructor for details). Aqua Body Boot Camp LEVEL IIThis hour long circuit style workout includes strengthening and toning exercises for abs, arms, and legs with a cardio foundation. This intense water workout also enhances basic swimming skills and offers an alternative impact with deep water options. Resistance balls, barbells and water noodles are used to increase resistance and intensity for the whole body. This class is designed for advanced ABBC Level I participants. Note: Participants must bring their own water resistance ball (see instructor for details). Aqua ZumbaThis workout blends a traditional Zumba class with the basic aquatic fitness principles. It is a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, ad most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. No swim experience is required, but all participants must be comfortable exercising in water. Hydro ConditioningThis is a swimming for fitness approach to cardiovascular conditioning for both non-swimmers and beginners. Program includes swimming based workout drills, cardiovascular work, inter and plyometrics. Class will also build strength and endurance. Participants will learn basic mechanics of swimming (floating, arm/leg movement, and breathing) with support in the shallow end. Level I: For non-swimmers Level II: For beginner swimmers

SPECIAL PROGRAMSPersonal Training – One-on-one Personal Training sessions are available. Sessions are by appointment only. Contact the Membership Office for more information. Private Swim Lessons -We offer private youth (3+ yrs) and adult swim lessons. Sessions are fro 30 minutes and are booked by appointment only. Private Tennis Lessons – One-on-one and small group tennis lessons are available for youth and adults. By appointment only. Fitness Assessments – Track your fitness progress by starting off with a Fitness Assessment! Assessments gauge your current cardiovascular and muscle endurance and includes body composition measurements. Sessions are by appointment only.
