Pre-registration is suggested for all fitness classes, but not required.  Al classes with the exception of fee based classes are considered “drop-in.”Please sign up at the Membership office or call 202-884-9092 and charge it to your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card.

Tennis Programs

We now offer several tennis programs for children and adults (Members and Non-members)! Contact the Membership Office for a full schedule and description of our Summer Tennis Programs, including:

  • Cardio Tennis
  • Adult Beginner
  • Adult Intermediate

Special Programs

Personal Training

One-on-one Personal Training sessions are available.  Sessions are by appointment only.  Contact the Membership Office for more information.                                                                                    $65 per hour session or 3 sessions for $175

Private Swim Lessons

We offer private youth (3+ yrs) and adult swim lessons. Sessions are for 30 minutes and are booked by appointment only.
Member $30 per session / Non-Members $50 per session

Private “Hydro Training”

Perfect for people who love the water. Personal training in the water! Sessions are for 60 minutes and are booked by appt. only.
Member $65 per session or 3 sessions for $175

Private Tennis Lessons

One-on-one and small group tennis lessons are available for youth and adults. By appointment only.
Members only $60 for 60-minute session 

Fitness Assessments

Track your fitness progress by starting off with a Fitness Assessment!  Assessments gauge your current cardiovascular and muscle endurance and includes body composition measurements.  Sessions are free and by appointment only.  Contact the Membership Office for more information. Free with membership and starting Oct 1st!
