The Office of Dean of Student Services (DOSS) is a centralized and comprehensive department within the University, whose primary purposes are:

• to foster engagement
• build community
• establish tradition
• effect retention through coordinated initiatives:
  • undergraduate orientation
  • community outreach
  • student activities and leadership development

With special attention to the transition to college and the first year experience, the Office of Student Services provides innovative programs and services that facilitate the social and academic acclimation process for Trinity Washington University students.
