  • We the People: Constitution Day @ Trinity
    Thursday, September 17, 5:00 pm - Alumnae Hall

    Constitution Day is an American federal observance that recognizes the adoption of the United States Constitution and those who have become U.S. citizens. It is normally observed on September 17, the day in 1787 that delegates to the Constitutional Convention signed the document in Philadelphia.

  • Courtyard Sing
    Sunday, September 27, 12:30 pm - Seymour Court

    Cap and Gown weekend concludes with the fun and festive Courtyard Sing attended by students from all classes wearing their class colors.  Seymour Court is also decorated in the colors of the classes.  At the Courtyard Sing, the first year class will receive their first symbol of membership in the Trinity community, their class banner.

  • Unpack the Perfect Guy discussion
    Thursday, October 1, 6:30 pm - Rose Parlor

    Unpack the Perfect Guy (Movie and Discussion)

    Students will be encouraged, not required, to see the anticipated blockbuster movie “The Perfect Guy” when it opens in theaters September 2015 (on their own time). This workshop discussion will focus on the importance of healthy relationships and domestic violence prevention.  The workshop will include presentations by our community partners as they share valuable information and resources with our students.

  • Purple Wednesday
    Wednesday, October 21, 12:00 pm - Main Basement

    Wear something purple on this day in honor of the victims and support survivors of domestic violence. A table will also be set up in the basement of Main Building to provide literature and answer questions about healthy relationships and domestic violence prevention.  This will be Trinity’s 2nd Annual Purple Wednesday event in support of an awareness program launched by the DC Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
