Free Nutrition Discussion- Quarterly Series: Grocery Shopping and Food Labels

Join a certified Nutrition and Health Specialist from the Center for Nutrition, Diet and Health for our new lunch time nutrition series!

Each one hour program will feature an information session, discussion time to ask questions, and an opportunity to pick-up recipes to try at home!

This is a FREE event.  Pre-registration is required by visiting the Trinity Center membership office.
