Application Period for the 2014 VWGoA Graduate Program Opens December 6
VWGoA is pleased to announce the application process for the fifth Graduate Program class will launch on Friday, Dec. 6, 2013. The Graduate Program began in 2010 and has welcomed a total of 61 enthusiastic recent bachelor’s and master’s level graduates into the organization. The Graduate Analysts have had great success in establishing themselves throughout various departments across Audi, Bentley, Group Functions, Volkswagen and VW Credit, Inc. The program’s accomplishments over the past four years are the combined result of the efforts of talented graduate analysts and the VWGoA employees who have developed, supported and collaborated with them.
The Graduate Program is an effective way to bring recent college graduates with a strong interest in the automotive industry into the organization where they can start their careers. These employees are exposed to full-time, entry-level responsibilities in many of the key areas within sales, marketing, financial services and group support functions. During the two-year rotational program, the Graduate Analysts perform a variety of roles within their business units. Upon successful completion of the program — which includes training, mentoring and networking — the Analysts have an enhanced opportunity to secure open, full-time positions which best match their personal career interests and the needs of our business
As the program’s scope continues to expand, we are pleased to have new business units and locations represented in the upcoming class; they include Audi Product Quality and Technical Service, Audi Central Region, VW Credit, Inc. Finance and VW Credit, Inc. South Central Region. The After Sales organizations for Audi, Volkswagen and Group Functions will also be working together to host a Graduate Analyst. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between Fall 2013 to Spring 2014 Minimum GPA of 3.5 Possess general business acumen Highly skilled at Microsoft Office applications
Abreast of current developments and trends in area of expertise
Cultural awareness; second language is preferred
Open to travel and relocation (within the United States during the program)
Proven leadership experience through student organizations
