Have you met Dr. Peggy Lewis, our new Communications and Media Studies Chair?

July 30, 2013 - A few of you may have met Dr. Peggy Lewis at our summer open house. Dr. Lewis joined us over the summer to lead our Communications programs (UG and Grad) into the new frontiers of Media Studies. She was most recently teaching broadcast journalism at Howard University when we brought her back “home” to Trinity. She is an alum of the College of Arts and Sciences. Kenya Tyson joins the School of Professional Studies as the new Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs

July 29, 2013 - Kenya Tyson will join our decanal team to fill the UG Associate Dean position. She has more than 14 years of experience in higher education administration at a variety of colleges, including the Graduate School USA, Lincoln University, Cheney University, Fox Valley Technical College, and Springfield College. She will strengthen our focus on improving the quality and rigor of our undergraduate education in SPS. Please welcome Antonette Odubiyi as a new UG academic advisor in the School of Professional Studies

July 29, 2013 - Antonette Odubiyi (academic advisor) comes to us from both Frederick Community College and Montgomery College, where she has been advising students for the past two years. Her enthusiasm for the job and attention to detail and policy will be a welcome addition to our advising team. Dr. Kelley Wood is stepping back into the classroom!

July 29, 2013 - As most of our graduate students know, Dr. Kelley Wood has been working very hard this year- as an Associate Dean for graduate programs and as a popular faculty member in the MSA program. Well, though we will miss him greatly in the SPS Office, Dr. Wood is moving back to the classroom full-time! You should expect to see him in the front of more classrooms, doing the job that he loves the most.
