December 14, 2012 - LIFT- DC is an organization located here in DC that works with at risk populations. They can help you find housing, employment, and healthcare for your students in need. They can also help them access social services like TANF and food stamps, therapy and case management, and addiction related services. You should feel very comfortable referring students to them.
