                                               Resource Development Specialist

Impact Investing and Fund Development

 

Rappahannock   Goodwill Industries (Fredericksburg, Virginia) is seeking an individual   responsible for handling a wide range of administrative functions that   support resource development and the Helms Fund (an emerging CDFI).

 

The   ideal candidate will have the ability to interact positively and   professionally with internal and external clients and staff (at all levels)   in a fast paved environment, remaining flexible, proactive and resourceful.

 

Position   requires expert level writing skill, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent   experience preferred with 3+ years’ experience supplying admin support at an   executive level. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel,   and PowerPoint. Position requires excellent calendar management skills and   ability to coordinate executive meetings, assisting in preparation of   presentations with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects   simultaneously. Experience working with advertising, website development,   brochures, newsletters and other materials desired.
