SPS is now offering Yoga! Get fit, stronger, and learn to relax for one credit on Tuesday nights.


Try Yoga!

Beginner’s yoga teaches new students the fundaments of yoga and provides a safe and engaging learning environment. Students learn yogic breathing techniques, yogic postures, and relaxation techniques. The beginners class is taught in a sequential manner to help students build strength and flexibility. 1 credit Prerequisites: None
