Community Services Foundation is a nonprofit community based organization established to provide social service programs to low income, immigrant and/or at risk managed communities. Our mission is to enhance the lives of community members by providing structured services, activities and programs in an effort to help empower individuals and stabilize communities.
In support of our mission, we have established the following goals: (1) assist residents in the development and pursuit of their special interests; (2) conduct community based activities that enrich the quality of life of all participants; (3) encourage participants in wholes activities; (4) inform residents of worthwhile services available to them and (5) promote community empowerment while engaging in activities that stimulate self-industry and creative development.
Community Services Foundation is hiring for Assistant Site Directors to work in the community centers of apartment communities throughout the Washington, DC Area. The position reports into the Site Director and is responsible for the execution of academic and social programs inclusive of After School and Semester Break programs for youth and/or job readiness, health and wellness and social and recreational programs for adults and senior. Full time and part time positions are available. Salary ranges from $10 – $12 per hour.
