The Washington Business Journal is reporting that  recent legal efforts to block WalMart’s development of a Georgia Avenue, NW store have failed. A D.C. zoning panel Tuesday dismissed a last-ditch appeal of Wal-Mart opponents related to the retailer’s proposed Georgia Avenue NW store.
