Underwriter opening working for the newly formed Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC, under the employment umbrella of Enterprise Community Investment. Enterprise’s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business recently merged with Bellwether Real Estate Capital in June 2012. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC, offers expanded geographic reach and product offerings.
Incumbent will underwrite loans, prepare loan approvals for Investment Committee and support sales staff for affordable and market rate multi-family rental housing developments. These developments are financed under the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program for mixed-income properties and other properties using the Fannie Mae DUS program and other programs as required.
