Enterprise Community Investment is hiring for an Asset Manager-Dispositions to join our growing team in New York City. This position will provide support for the disposition activities of the Asset Management department for the Northeast Region. The principal goals are to maintain the viability of Enterprise’s Investment in LIHTC projects through the end of the 15 year LIHTC compliance period, and to facilitate the disposition of the investor’s interest in those projects after the end of the compliance period.
