Free Customer Service Training for DC Residents

June 27, 2012 -   Congress Heights Community Training & Development Corporation will be offering a Customer Service/Retail Training Course designed to introduce students to basic customer service skills beginning July 30th.  This 12-week course is FREE to DC residents 18 years of age and over and will cover such topics as Job Readiness, Diversity on the Job, Interview Performance, Building Relationships with the Customer and Product Features.
