LUMEN8Anacostia is only a few days away!


We can’t wait until April 14!  From Noon to Midnight, Anacostia will come alive with art, music and light. 

Over 100 visual artists, dancers, performers, curators and arts entrepreneurs will participate in this historic event.  Just about half of the participants are either from Anacostia or from Ward 8.

The Village of Anacostia Temporiums

Good Hope RD SE and Martin Luther King Jr. Ave are at the heart of the village of Anacostia.  Along the mainstreets, the following spaces and artists will be participating:
