UPO Scholarship for DC Graduating seniors and recent GED recipients

April 25, 2012 - The United Planning Organization’s (UPO) Joseph Beavers scholarship program provides five District of Columbia high school and G.E.D. graduates with scholarships worth $10,000 each. The fund is endowed by proceeds received from UPO’s annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Breakfast held each year in January.   Attached is the UPO’s 2012 Joseph A.
