Lindsey Mask is the Founder and CEO of Ladies America, a national young women’s professional networking group headquartered in Washington, D.C., which hosts multiple events in six cities and an annual women’s conference, Women Leading the Future. www.LindseyMask.com . Also, after 10 years of political communications, Lindsey is now a consultant on for business and non-profit public relations, marketing, branding, media & social media and business development.
Lindsey is looking for a hardworking, dedicated professional undergraduate or graduate student to support the mission of her company and advance her work in these fields. A degree or degree path in business administration, marketing, public relations, and/ or women’s studies all a plus.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Research speaking topics and create PowerPoint presentations on issues.
Prepare Lindsey’s materials for speaking engagements.
Help Lindsey manage her extremely intense schedule.
Maintain and update Lindsey’s professional website and Ladies America website, coordinating with external vendors.
Developing and sending a company newsletter, including inputting names of new subscribers in the database.
Manage operations and business functions of company.
Track and make deposits.
Coordinate and log bill payment.
Work with CPA and bookkeeper.
Answer phones and take messages.
Check mail and phone messages.
Prepare invoices for clients and organizations.
Develop projects for interns and supervise project completion.
Help with projects for multiple clients as needed.
Run errands when needed.
Position available for students entering undergraduate school, graduate school, current graduate students, or recent graduates of a Master’s program.
BS/BA with background in communications, public relations, business or business administration preferred.
Project coordination experience and skill.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
Organization, research, and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of computer spreadsheets, PowerPoint and other Microsoft office programs. Adobe Photoshop and/ or design knowledge a bonus.
Administrative experience helpful.
Must have an interest in advancing women and entrepreneurship worldwide.
A stipend and other compensation are negotiable. You also can attend additional training opportunities and seminars (especially those targeted to women).
