Int I Business/Financial/Management/Analyst
Description: Provide guidance, expertise and analysis of financial operations and strategic and performance planning using various financial management tools in support of federal aviation safety programs. Duties include, but are not limited to:

•Prioritizing programs and resources

•Provide recommendations and alternatives to fiscal programs and funding

•Prepare and review Congressional Budget Submissions and other budget documentation

•Assist with budget integration, formulation, execution, planning and performance

•Align annual budgets with multiple programs and plans

•Extract and formulate budget, execution, performance and financial data for analysis

•Entering and tracking financial transactions

•Support meetings to include providing briefings, minutes and action items

•Support portfolio management

•Prepare planning and budget reports

•Develop improved financial, budget and scheduling processes

•Support planning and financial risk management efforts

•Perform business case analysis

•Support new program initiatives

•Track and update targets, activities and initiative status

•Develop fiscal year business plans based on budget formulations

•Strategic mapping

•Develop, maintain and track funding, data and metrics

 Qualifications: A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor”s degree with a major in any field that included or was supplemented by; at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required. For this position a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required in addition to degree requirements. Experience and knowledge of Delphi, REGIS, PRISM, SPIRE and Budge Execution Tool a plus.
