I know that many of you are starting or have started small businesses and I thought that you might find this document helpful. I have used this business plan template for years and find it to be one the easiest to understand and model. It was developed for, and is offered by, the US Small Business Administration. Take a look and let me know what you think. Don’t forget to write the executive summary AFTER you have written the plan so that it truly summarizes your ideas.
