Yesterday afternoon, I had the pleasure of conducting a seminar on business plan writing to a group of new and existing small businesses in Rockville. As many of you know, I have a strong background in small business development, so this was like returning home in a way. The participants ranged from clothing stores to IT and image consultants and they had one thing in common- a willingness to take a risk and forge out on their own. It is always inspirational to speak with budding entrepreneurs.
