Job Posting: Community Affairs Manager, Federal Reserve Board of Governors
The Federal Reserve Board’s Community Affairs Manager is responsible for directly managing the Board’s Community Affairs team, which provides analysis and makes policy-level recommendations regarding community development-related issues for Board members, Reserve Banks, and the public. The Board’s Community Affairs function serves as a central point of analysis and convening of key stakeholders on national community development and community reinvestment policy issues, often in conjunction with the applied research and outreach conducted by the Federal Reserve Banks.
Requires good analytical ability and oral and written communications skills typically achieved by completion of a master’s degree or equivalent work experience. Also requires expertise in managing community development related-activities normally acquired through at least seven years of responsible work experience in community development and reinvestment (six years of specific community development experience and one year of related experience).
