Conference Room Request Form
This form should be used by faculty/staff to request non-classroom space for university-sponsored events. All events must be approved by the appropriate department head or dean prior to submission.
Requests for the Trinity Center should be secured through the Trinity Center Director.
Upon confirmation of your request, please complete the Room Set-up Form no less than 7 days prior to your event start date.
*Please note: All requests for AV carts (projector, with accompanying computer) must be submitted to Faculty Services: http://www.trinitydc.edu/academic-affairs/technology-request/ .
