Intelligence Scholars Program
The Intelligence Community Center of Academic Excellence Scholars Program is funded by a grant from the US Intelligence Community and is designed to give Trinity students the opportunity to prepare for intelligence community careers by providing them with the applied skills and experiences necessary for successful professional development.
Trinity students who are accepted into the program have the opportunity to apply for travel scholarships to study languages and cultures outside of the United States. They will complement their major program of study with a concentration of courses designed to develop the critical skills sets for employment in the Intelligence Community, including areas in written and oral communication, logic and mathematical reasoning, geopolitical and cultural awareness, ethics, and specific study of the role of the Intelligence Community in United States national security. Students will participate in internships in the intelligence community or other related sites to apply what they have learned in their major and in the critical skills courses.
All students accepted as ICCAE Scholars will have an advisor in their major program of study and an ICCAE advisor to help them with their course planning, and any travel and internship opportunities for which they may qualify.
