Online Payment Errors
Some students have reported an error message after entering their credit card information. We apologize for this error and our technology department is working to correct this error. In the meantime, you can still register online and receive your discount by taking the steps below.
Have you received one of the error messages below when making your online payment?
• If you receive one of the above messages, logout and re-enter your registration choices.
• At the payment stage, choose your existing credit card information and your charge and registration will be finalized (if you enter new credit card information, you might get the same error).
We apologize for this extra step. We hope this error will be fixed soon but wanted to provide a way to work around the error for students to be able to continue to receive the discount.
