College of Arts & Sciences
As Trinity’s historic undergraduate women’s college, the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) commits itself to the education of women through a foundation in the liberal arts. We offer women a dynamic college experience, including leadership development, hands-on internships in Washington, community service opportunities, athletics, student clubs, and campus activities.
At the base of every CAS student’s educational experience is the General Education Curriculum, which honors our tradition as a liberal arts Catholic college for women by fostering and sustaining our students’ growth in the knowledge, skills, and values inherent in the liberal arts.
CAS students then choose their majors from dozens of exciting academic programs, which you can explore through the links to the left. Many students also choose minors, which are available for exploration on this left side of this page as well.
We pride ourselves on our small class sizes that ensure each CAS student receives the personal attention and support she needs. Outside of the classroom, Trinity offers free one-on-one tutoring and writing support to all of its students through Academic Support Services. Our students’ academic success is the primary goal of our faculty and staff.
